WHAT CAN I SAY! WINNERS WINNERS WINNERS including 15/2, 7/1, 5/2, 2/1, 15/8, 4/6 and 2/13. Plus BtLs in Beryl Burton & Cuban Fox. GREAT DAY!!NB About 80% of all money traded on a race comes in the last 10 minutes. 50% in the last 5 minutes. If you see big market moves either in or out then take heed!
NAP OF THE DAY:
LITTLE KITTEN Wolves 5.00
See belowBACK TO LAY
RADRIZZANI Wolves 4.30
See below and also see below for other steers for possible BtLs
4.00 Kick On Kick On looks the type to do well in a race like this. Another Angel will lead and provide a decent pace for his stablemate Mutabaahy to aim at. The strong pace will suit the selection who will probably be out the back early but has stamina to compete at 6f. He is down to an all-time low OR at 72 and down in class so I expect him to be bang there at the business end with Kingscote on board again.
4.30 Radrizzani won FTO and should improve further which means he will need a bigger improver to beat him. Warrior Brave is an Irish import and so could be anything on his hcp and race debut for an in-form stable; so watch the betting. Seaconclusion is the best of the rest and may make the frame.
5.00 Little Kitten jumps off the page. Godolphin/Gosden/Doyler is a very strong combo and shouldn’t be dismissed lightly. She is likely to be ridden prominently and so could offer an opportunity to back and lay off your stake at the 1f pole and take a decent profit if she wins. Oceanline is an HT tip and now is stupidly priced at 5/4 with some bookmakers! He may be good enough having put in an eyecatching running on 4th here LTO over a furlong less however he’s not a 5/4 chance in my eyes.
5.30 The market has Liberated Lady at 1/2 so I can’t go against that but I can’t see any value in that price. However, it will probably need a good newcomer to beat her. So I can’t really recommend one just look at the market to see if there are clues in the last 5 minutes.
6.00 This isn’t a great race and we are again looking for the best worst nag. In these cases, I tend to go for those who do well at course and distance or who are unexposed. This would point me to Thaki and Sparkling Diamond with the former preferred. Leo Davinci is favourite but is the best worst so could win.
6.30 The Mackham Torpedo won readily LTO and is up in trip and only 4lbs higher in the weights. Amor Fati has been running well recently and has won at this course. There won’t be much pace in the race which should also suit the above two.
7.00 Rovaniemi is coming here in good heart having run well without scoring. Simcock had two winners in two days at Chelmsford so is in good form and Jamie Spencer is great on a hold-up horse (albeit he is one of the most frustrating jockeys on the planet). Money has come for Misty Grey (HT tip) who may do better than his form figures suggest. Hollie Doyle may front-run Harrison Point but winning from the front at Wolves over 7f is really difficult and doesn’t happen very often.
7.30 I’ve tipped Asdaa a couple of times in the last few weeks and he has run well each time. Joe Fanning travels to Wolverhampton for the last race of the day so he must have a decent chance. David O’Meara has two in the field one of whom is being ridden by The Doyler so watch the betting for them.
Best of luck if you are trading.
